Online Entry for Ultimate Scramble Championship (4-H/FFA Members only)
1. You must be a County Extension Agent or Agricultural Science Teacher to enter Ultimate Scramble Championship exhibitors. Log in as the club leader to begin the entry process. Your password is the four digit number provided to you through the entry letter you received earlier this month (CEAs’ password is their County Ag Agents Requestor Code; ASTs’ password is the Chapter ID Number).
2. Once you have logged in, follow the instructions on each page of the website to create your club’s entries.
3. Ultimate Scramble Championship is listed under Junior Livestock Department. When you have completed entries, print the entry receipt for each exhibitor's entries. The exhibitor, parent/guardian, and CEA/AST must sign the entry receipt.
4. Both the exhibitor and the parent/guardian must also sign the USC entry collection form. The form is provided on the Ultimate Scramble Championship web page at www.RodeoAustin.com.
5. Submit payment with entry receipt and USC entry collection form to Star of Texas Fair and Rodeo – Attn: Ultimate Scramble Championship, 9100 Decker Lake Road, Austin, Texas 78724. Documents must be received within 10 days of online entry submission.

Online Entry for ALTERNATES - Ultimate Scramble Championship (4-H/FFA Members only)
1. When all 112 participant spots are taken, the online entry system will no longer be available for regular USC entry. At this point, alternates will be accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis.
2. To enter alternates online, follow the same online entry process as described in the above section, with the exception of mailing in paperwork and payment.
3. The call for alternates for Ultimate Scramble Championship is listed under Junior Livestock Department. When you have completed entries, print the entry receipt for each exhibitor's entries. The exhibitor, parent/guardian, and CEA/AST must sign the entry receipt. Keep the signed entry receipt in the event that the exhibitor is chosen to be an alternate.
4. DO NOT send in paperwork and payment for alternates unless the alternate is selected to participate in USC. Alternates will be notified if they are selected.

Online Entry for 4-H/FFA Members

4. The exhibitor, parent/guardian, and CEA/AST must sign either the entry receipt or the Certification of Entry and Acknowledgement of Regulations form. The Certification of Entry and Acknowledgement of Regulations form is provided at www.RodeoAustin.com. The form is provided so you may obtain signatures prior to entering exhibitor information on the website. If you use this form, please attach to the corresponding entry receipt for the exhibitor.
5. You must complete a W-9 form for each exhibitor and submit with entries. W-9 forms may be downloaded at www.RodeoAustin.com.
6. Include a $10 handling fee for your club or chapter. Submit entry receipt/signatures with one check for the entire club or chapter to Star of Texas Fair and Rodeo - Competitive Events Dept., 9100 Decker Lake Rd., Austin, TX 78724.

Online Entry for Horse Show Exhibitors
1. Log in as an exhibitor.
2. Follow the instructions on each page of the website to submit entries.
3. Print out the entry receipt for your entries and sign the exhibitor signature line.
4. You must complete a W-9 form for each exhibitor and submit with entries. Please also fill out the Stall Reservation Form so that we may better accommodate you. W-9 and Stall Reservation forms may be downloaded at www.RodeoAustin.com.
5. Submit payment with entry receipt to Star of Texas Fair & Rodeo - Competitive Events Dept., 9100 Decker Lake Road, Austin, Texas 78724. Please see the Premium Book for other paperwork that may be required for your show.
